After a very popular event in 2024, we are very much looking forward to welcoming our families back to Yarra for some Christmas Carols in 2025!

Date: Monday 1 December

Time: Concert will run from 6.00pm - 8.00pm, however, stalls and activities will start from 4.30pm

Location: Patterson Oval, YVG

Cost: This is a free event, but registration is required

Performers: ELC through to Year 11, with lots of singalongs!

Registrations: This event is free, but registrations necessary - 

Please note: photos and videos will be taken at this event. If you prefer your image not be used on the YVG social pages and website, please email development@yvg.vic.edu.au.

VOLUNTEERS

To ensure we can provide the best service possible for everyone, we would love some help in filling spots on our stalls. These include:

• Photobooth
• Christmas Items
• Beverages
• Choc tops
• Collecting picnic hampers

SILENT AUCTION

Our online Silent Auction will launch later this month and culminate at Carols@Yarra. It’s a great opportunity for our community to grab a bargain in the lead-up to Christmas.

To make it a success, we’re seeking donations of:

• Experiences – AirBnB stays, pampering treatments, restaurant vouchers, sporting experiences
• Items – Toys, hampers, chocolates, wines, sporting goods
• Services – Physiotherapy, legal advice, home trades and more

• Free Photobooth
• Free Facepainting 
• Christmas Items - a variety of Christmas themed headbands, bubbles, accessories and more available for purchase
• Beverages - Soft drink and apple juice ($3), water ($1), wine, sparkling and beer ($8)
• Choc Tops - $5 each
• BBQ - Classic sausage in bread, $3 each
